Privacy Policy
Silvergrove Labs LLC publishes apps, games, and digital products. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our apps, websites, support channels, advertising, analytics, and related services.
Information We Collect
Our apps are designed to collect as little personal information as practical. Depending on the specific app and features used, we or our service providers may process technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, region, gameplay events, app interactions, crash reports, diagnostics, approximate location inferred from network information, and device or advertising identifiers where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information to use our casual apps or games. If a specific app later adds accounts, cloud saves, user-generated content, subscriptions, or other features that require additional data, that app may provide additional disclosures.
Google AdMob and Advertising
Some Silvergrove apps may use Google AdMob to show ads, including rewarded ads, interstitial ads, or other ad formats. Google and its partners may collect and process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, ad views, ad clicks, and other data used to provide, measure, limit, personalize, and improve ads.
Where required, we will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising or measurement. If you decline tracking, ads may still be shown, but they may be less personalized. You can also manage ad tracking and privacy settings in iOS Settings.
In regions where consent is required, our apps may show a consent form or similar privacy prompt for advertising choices. Google AdMob's data practices are described in Google's privacy materials and may change over time.
Depending on your location, personalized advertising may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, we will provide available opt-out or consent choices through device settings, in-app privacy prompts, or advertising consent tools.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and third-party services may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, SDK storage, or similar technologies to operate services, remember choices, measure performance, prevent abuse, and support advertising or analytics. Mobile apps may use device-level identifiers rather than browser cookies.
Analytics, Diagnostics, and App Improvement
We may use analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or platform tools to understand whether an app is working correctly, improve gameplay and product quality, troubleshoot bugs, prevent abuse, and measure general engagement. This may include aggregated or app-level information about sessions, screens, events, crashes, performance, and device characteristics.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If an app offers paid downloads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Apple or the applicable app store. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive transaction status, product identifiers, receipts, subscription status, or related information needed to provide purchased content, support purchases, and comply with platform requirements.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve our apps and websites, provide support, show and measure ads, process purchases, maintain app functionality, analyze performance, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you when you contact us.
Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our apps and websites, including advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, app stores, hosting providers, and support tools. We expect service providers to use information only to provide services to us or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer involving Silvergrove Labs.
App Store Privacy Details
Each app's App Store privacy details are intended to summarize the data that app and its third-party SDKs may collect. Because different apps may use different features, ad formats, analytics, or purchase options, the App Store privacy details for a specific app may vary. If there is a conflict between this general policy and an app-specific disclosure, the app-specific disclosure controls for that app.
Your Choices
You can manage many privacy choices through your device settings, including App Tracking Transparency permissions, advertising settings, notifications, cellular data, and app permissions. You can stop collection by uninstalling an app. If an app provides an in-app consent or privacy settings screen, you can use that screen to update available choices.
If you contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help for information associated with Silvergrove Labs, we will review and respond as required by applicable law. Some information may be handled directly by Apple, Google, an advertising partner, analytics provider, or other third-party service according to that provider's own privacy controls.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If an app is intended for children or directed to children, we will provide additional disclosures and safeguards appropriate for that app and configure advertising, analytics, and data collection practices accordingly.
Support Requests
If you email us for support, we will use the information you provide to respond to your request and improve our products. Support emails may include your email address, app name, device model, iOS version, screenshots, and any details you choose to provide.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, platform rules, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business needs. Third-party services may retain information according to their own policies.
International Processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our apps, services, advertising partners, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated.
