Use of Our Products

Apple App Store Terms

If you download a Silvergrove Labs app through the Apple App Store, Apple's App Store terms and the Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply unless that app provides separate terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for our apps except as required by applicable law.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider unless stated otherwise. For App Store purchases, billing, cancellation, and refund options are managed through Apple.

Intellectual Property

Silvergrove Labs owns its apps, websites, designs, text, images, marks, and other product materials, except where third-party materials are identified.
